Macbook Air 2011 keys
I’m no tech type but I got the keys on and they’re working. A bit different from the manufacturers keys the lap top came with. Maybe a nano larger. Otherwise I’m back to work.

Came on time and works!
I did a lot of research before purchasing from this website. Most of the comments were not helpful, or were from years ago. I broke the butterfly hinge on my up key, and took it to MicroCenter who said they'd need over 200 dollars to replace my whole keyboard. With the videos also on this page and my replacement kit, it was working like new! No trip to the apple store as well because of COVID-19. My product did look to have a missing/ broken piece (other part not in the bag) however it works as good as new! Installation took maybe 3 minutes and it was an 8 dollar fix. Shipped in less than a week as well. Customer service looked to be very helpful if need be. I would recommend!

Great customer service
I ordered a laptop key, it arrived in a few days, but had a small issue (it was unfortunately damaged slightly during transport), so I contacted customer support and they immediately sent out a new one which arrived a few days later, and was in excellent condition. My laptop is good as new!
