10/10 Would Recommend!
When my left arrow key got fell off, I was so sad and thought this would be the end to my brand new baby (laptop). I did not want to have to pay an arm and a leg for it to get fixed professionally. I was delighted to see this site selling keys for such an affordable price. I quickly received my replacement key and was happy to know that installation was quick and easy. I didn't even need tools! The replacement key came with everything I needed; it even had the squishy, clear, rubber part that goes under the key (don't know what it's called). I ordered the left arrow key for the 11" by mistake and it is working just fine on my 13" for now. I am currently ordering the correct key!

Letter replacement key cap
Works great and feels brand new and much cheaper than how much Apple sells for. Slightly confusing to install since the video is quite inaccurate but you'll get it eventually, totally worth the price.

All the key were received as promised, but one ("d") has a small scratch.

The key worked perfectly. The only thing I could recommend is a template showing how the base clip fits in the spot. I would recommend to others without hesitation!
