Its a miracle that apple moved away from using the "butterfly" clip hinge clip, to more of a traditional hinge clip as in this new 2020 Apple A2141 MacBook Pro, the new hinge clips are much easier to replace than the previous generation MacBook Pro as the mounting points are only at 4 spots, 2 at top and 2 at bottom as shown in the picture below, currently there is only one version of the keyboard so there is need to verify that your version matches, but do just make sure you have the 2019 model with the dedicated ESC key in the top left corner of the keyboard.
