1. Identify Hinge Clip Style
The hinge clip is the plastic scissor clip that swivels up and down underneath the keyboard key cap. It is usually either black or white and functions as the part that holds the back of he key to the keyboard.
Manufacturers often use different keyboard vendors during production and each vendor has its own unique type of hinge clip. Compare the chart and identify the version that matches. You will fill this info in Step 2 above.

Below is an actual picture of the keyboard. Please confirm that the layout matches as well as the language.
NOTE:The default color of the keyboard we show is black. If your model comes in different colors and we have it in stock, it will be available in the color section above.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Our standard keyboard layout is QWERTY (shown below). If you have a different language layout the key cap and hinge clips are still interchangeable. If the key cap shape does not match or you require a different language layout please contact us before ordering.

Flawless
Ordered first from a company who had the key(rare version of Macbook Pro) listed as an option. They emailed back three days later to tell me they didn't have it. Emailed RLK a pic of the hinge on my key and had the replacement on the way the same day. Great service!

Great product at an affordable price
I had trouble finding the right key at first, apparently my client's laptop had a strange keyboard part number for that year. So I called RLK and to my surprise they actually answered the phone! A certain other laptop key company didn't even have a phone number. The gentleman on the other line had me email a picture of the keyboard I was working with and emailed me a link to the proper key within minutes. The key arrived quicker than expected and was exactly like the original key. Installation was quick and simple. I will definitely buy from this company again.

Did the trick!
The laptop key was a little tricky to install because the pieces were so tiny, and hard to see in the video, but I was able to do it, and it works perfectly.
