Easye to replace the key
I spilled something on my keyboard and had to remove some keys to clean up the stickiness. I broke a key re-installing it and bought the replacement at this site. The key was easy to install and looks almost exactly like the other keys (the shade of black is very slightly different). The key feels just like the other keys.

Replacement Key Butterfly, [Y] Key
WISHED I KNEW Only issue opacity of light coming through the letter is significantly different to the rest of the keys. When keyboard light is on can definitely tell which is the replacement key. Otherwise, works just as well. Wish I could attach a photo to demonstrate. Quick delivery, arrived in good condition.

Great product
Great product, sure beats the heck out of a $700 or more complete keyboard replacement for one or two bad keys. The only thing I'd suggest is that if you have to get all three parts is that they include some of the clear, double-sided adhesive that goes under the clip portion.

I ordered this product and had it shipped overseas. It got lost during shipping but ReplacementLaptopKeys were fantastic and helpful and immediately shipped me a new product, which I received. So good customer service. The product is as described and fulfils expectations. However, it is not very straightforward to change the butterfly hinge clip on this model of MacBook Pro, so be warned! I ended up also dislodging the rubber cup under the hinge...
