1. Identify Hinge Clip Style
The hinge clip is the plastic scissor clip that swivels up and down underneath the keyboard key cap. It is usually either black or white and functions as the part that holds the back of he key to the keyboard.
Manufacturers often use different keyboard vendors during production and each vendor has its own unique type of hinge clip. Compare the chart and identify the version that matches. You will fill this info in Step 2 above.
Hinge Clips are not Universal so if your hinge clip does not match, please Contact Us for help.

2. Confirm Keyboard Layout and Language
Below is an actual picture of the keyboard. Please confirm that the layout matches as well as the language.
NOTE:The default color of the keyboard we show is black. If your model comes in different colors and we have it in stock, it will be available in the color section above.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Our standard keyboard layout is QWERTY (shown below). If you have a different language layout the key cap and hinge clips are still interchangeable. If the key cap shape does not match or you require a different language layout please contact us before ordering.

Quick and correct.
Parts arrived quickly. I was not expecting to receivea Jeffery with the plastic insert installed in the key and an extra plastic insert along with the silicone springy thingy too. (that must be the correct technical term, right?)

Great Quality Replacement
Overall, the quality of the key looked brand new and did not show any signs of wear. It was better than what I was expecting, and was on par for the $5 price one would pay for a single key. However, there were no specific installation instructions for my specific application and there was no video on the website to help me out. It was a trial and error installation, but luckily I figured it out after about 20 minutes. Overall, excellent product but there should really be better instructions as well as much better labeling of the videos on the website.

Identical to stock key - easy to install. Experience would have been five stars had it been easier to identify the required key to purchase, and a video for my model of computer. Aside from that everything was perfect.

The diagrams for the apple macbook keys were perfect. I had made the mistake of ordering through ebay the first time around and was very disappointed when the keys didn't fit.
