Asus Zenbook UX31A-DB51 Laptop Key Replacement

Although I received grey keys instead of black, I am satisfied with the product. The error was min e as when I was asked about my laptop, I thought that when I was asked if I had silver or black, I thought they meant the colour, (casing) of the actual laptop and not the keys. On the other hand, I tried to call them at least 8 times, and "correctly" left 4 messages to have my call returned. Nothinh happened. Because of a mix up with my order, when asked to make a correction, the order was duplicated. I've sent them over 8 emails, and none were personally returned, and although the order was processes two times with conformation that both orders were shipped, it took over 20 days for the order to be received in Canada. Aftet all the phone calls, and all the emails, I finally receives two, after I was delivered my order. One pointing out that it was my mistake, and after writing a review, I was mailed one stating sorry I felt that way. Only at the very end asking me how this should be handled; which should have been sent 15 or so days earlier. If it wasn't for all of that, I would certinally order from them again. (As lokg as my baby Quaker keeps ripping off keys).
