Received 5 star customer service from these guys. Delivery to UK took 8 days total (in line with chosen shipping option), with follow up email to check all was ok. Turned out I have an uncommon Asus laptop model (UX560U) and had picked wrong option, initial hinge didn't fit. Emailed back a picture of my hinge, they shipped compatible key out immediately at no extra cost, even though it wasn't their fault. Saved the £800 repair bill PC World were after with £8 to these guys. Would use again in a heartbeat, fabulous company to deal with.
