The product was great i bought a used alienware with a missing key and i ordered a key off here and it took around 2-3 weeks to come and when it did come it was on my laptop within 10 mins amazing product will buy again

Took a chance on the M14 (+2013) having the same keys as the M15 (+2013), thankfully it is a perfect fit. Any chance you sell just the retaining clips? I have all the keys but the cat has damaged a couple of the clips when deciding to sharpen his claws on my keyboard and rip out keys

I couldn't find an "official" replacement at Dell's website for my wife's Alienware M14 laptop key so I did a quick "Google" search and found this site. Ordered the key, got in a few short days, and popped it right in place. Problem solved and the price wasn't too over the top!
