Dell used several keyboard vendors during the production of this laptop, so the keys all look exactly the same from top, but the hinge clips under the key cap vary in shape and color, please compare yours to the versions below and fill in the info in STEP 2.

1. Identify Hinge Clip Style
The hinge clip is the plastic scissor clip that swivels up and down underneath the keyboard key cap. It is usually either black or white and functions as the part that holds the back of he key to the keyboard.
Manufacturers often use different keyboard vendors during production and each vendor has its own unique type of hinge clip. Compare the chart and identify the version that matches. You will fill this info in Step 2 above.
Hinge Clips are not Universal so if your hinge clip does not match, please Contact Us for help.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Our standard keyboard layout is QWERTY (shown below). If you have a different language layout the key cap and hinge clips are still interchangeable. If the key cap shape does not match or you require a different language layout please contact us before ordering.

Great Service and Product
My laptop was missing a few keys and after reading online about Replacement Keys I took the chance since this is my first time using this service. I'm very glad that I did. It's the best thing for small fixes like mine. I initially ordered the wrong key latches and was able to return, and I received the correct products within 2 weeks. I was able to install the keys after watching a video online. I'm very happy with the product and service. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars, products are not brand new. For my purpose this is not a problem. I also recommend calling them to get their opinion on the exact product type to avoid having to return. Not a problem returning but prevention is better than correction.
