Very, very, very, very pleased with our order. My 10 year old placed the order, so it wasn't difficult to do at all. Though I think he's pretty smart

i though i could clean the keys by popping them off , please do not do this, I broke 3 letters and "replacement laptop keys" made sure I was ordering the correct keys. They asked for a picture to make sure they were sending the correct replacement ones. And I just got done putting them on, perfect match and my new computer looks new again.
