1. Identify Hinge Clip Style
The hinge clip is the plastic scissor clip that swivels up and down underneath the keyboard key cap. It is usually either black or white and functions as the part that holds the back of he key to the keyboard.
Manufacturers often use different keyboard vendors during production and each vendor has its own unique type of hinge clip. Compare the chart and identify the version that matches. You will fill this info in Step 2 above.
Hinge Clips are not Universal so if your hinge clip does not match, please Contact Us for help.

2. Confirm Keyboard Layout and Language
Below is an actual picture of the keyboard. Please confirm that the layout matches as well as the language.
NOTE:The default color of the keyboard we show is black. If your model comes in different colors and we have it in stock, it will be available in the color section above.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Our standard keyboard layout is QWERTY (shown below). If you have a different language layout the key cap and hinge clips are still interchangeable. If the key cap shape does not match or you require a different language layout please contact us before ordering.

A Perfect Replacement
The replacement key came with all the parts necessary to fully replace the broken key on my laptop. I have been using the new key for two weeks and it works like new.

Replaced a missing cursor key. It only took about 2 minutes to complete. Works and looks great now!

Almost perfect for replacing any keys!
I loved the replacement parts. All I did was clipped the key in and it works good as new. I was mostly missing the spongey part underneath the key for my right key but the button key was completely missing. My only issue with the replacement key is that the ones I received weren't in English. My right key, instead of saying 'End' said 'Fin'. I know they mean the same thing but, all the rest of my keys are in plain English so, that throws off the flow a tiny bit. The down key only has a fancy down arrow pointing to the down symbol rather than 'Pg down'. I love the replacement and they fit in just like the original. If the text was the same as the original I would give it 5 stars all the way across. Pros: Perfect fit All pieces required to replace missing key is included in order Easy to snap in, even for first time users Cons: Text isn't the same as the original key text
