the HC38 version has a narrow bottom metal tab.

Spare "Z" key for replacement
Professional handling (efficient ordering/shipping process) Works great, albeit a minor visual difference with original part : the printed letter on the spare key is smaller than the original therefore leading to funny overall look if actually used. For that reason, I only used the hinge and not the key.
