What comes with each replacement laptop key order

	The Key Cap This is the piece of plastic that has the letter on it.
	The Retainer Clip The plastic or metal sisscor clip pieces that hold the key cap to the base of the keyboard.
	The Rubber Cup This is the piece of rubber or plastic that acts as the spring to rebound the key after your press it.

Please make sure your G460 retainer hinge clip match up to the retainer key type below, or IT WILL NOT FIT correctly.

Received the shipment within 12 days including 2 weekends, which was normal as the shipment normally takes 10-20 working days to the Middle East. The keys were excellent with good quality and was easy to fix. Now it's hard to find the replaced keys as it looks exactly the same:-)
