I order a keycap for my Lenovo X220 because of broken little parts that was used to attach the keycap to the keyboard plate. The parts that I received fit perfectly, and the explanatory video was very helpful. I noticed after replacing the key that the replacement part did not allow as much vertical travel as the original Lenovo part; it is almost imperceptible though, no one beside me would notice the difference. Great job, highly recommended !

The replacement key top that I ordered came reasonably quickly, was the correct item that I ordered. It fit properly and works like new. I was concerned that it would be hard to install, but it wasn't. However, the instructions I was able to find were next to useless. I basically had to figure it out myself and proceed on faith. Either by luck or due to decent original design, it worked for me.

Ordered in 5 minutes after step by step instructions to identify correct key ( up arrow on bottom right). Order arrived within 3 days from CA to MN. When I removed the keyboard of my Thinkpad X220 to add a drive, I accidentally broke off one of the laptop keys. I ordered a replacement key at Replacement Laptop Keys, which arrived here in the Netherlands after 7 business days. The key was nicely packaged. The key came together with a new hinge and cup, but those were still in place on the laptop. The key fit perfectly on the hinge and easily fit in with the rest of the keys. Summarizing, service as advertised for a very small price.
