5 key replacement
Great product! The key fits perfectly, works great and was super cheap. The website was easy to work with and the customer service was awesome! I emailed a question at 8 at night and I instantly got a helpful reply! The only problem I had was that I had specified with the person I was emailing to that I wanted a dark grey key (to match the keyboard) and I received a black one. Because the shipping took awhile and I needed the key as soon as possible I didn't bother with a return to get a grey one. Other than that it was great!

Exact fit, as ordered
New key came and was an exact fit. Without it, would have had to replace the entire keyboard!

Finally got it right
After two attempts -- finally got the right hinge for the keyboard. First try was my error in ordering the wrong key/hinge -- second attempt was based on my interaction with customer service and I sent a picture of the keyboard cover. They suggested another item. When I received that -- it didn't work either. Finally, I sent customer service a picture of all the hinges (broken, 1st and 2nd) and they promptly admitted that they had made an error on the 2nd hinge and sent the correct one at no charge! So, it took a while, but customer service was very helpful and finally got what I needed - for a fraction of the cost of replacing the keyboard! The final hinge and key work great! Would get 5 stars except for the time to get the correct one.

All good and fitted well. Black rather than grey which I'd expected.
Easy to fit, works well. Though different colour to what I'd expected, not really and issue.
