Excellent Replacement
Purchased a replacement key for the Surface Pro 4 Keyboard. It was easy and simple to replace. Key works fine; minor complaint was longer than expected delivery time. That being said, very pleased with the product and service.

The keys arrived quickly and fit perfect. They operate, look and feel exactly like the original. Only wish they could make them bird resistant.

Product fit perfectly, and was shipped in a appropriately small, but good quality package. All in all, 5 stars. Much better than spending $130 to buy a new keyboard because Microsoft won’t fix it themselves.

New components worked perfectly. Took only a couple minutes to perform. How-to videos on site were helpful, but took longer to find the appropriate video than to do the job.
