I broke a key on my surface tablet. I received the replacement quickly and it was a lot cheaper than getting a whole new keyboard. Fit well. No problems using it after several weeks.

The key replacement was great, it fits, and was easy to install. My only disappointment was that I couldn't get a "red" key, as my Surface Pro4 keyboard/cover is red. Now I have a black key on the red keyboard :(

Key for Surface Pro 4 keyboard
I lost a key and the replacement sent was a perfect fit and easy to install. I have a blue keyboard and they only had black so that was a bit disappointing but other than that, it was a good purchasing experience and it's better that ordering a whole new keyboard.
