Predator Triton 500 Keyboard Key Replacement

I was doubtful at first. But now, I have only good things to say! As a gamer, when my alt key broke, this was a big problem. Luckily, I found this site! I chose priority mail, and in 3 days like promised, there it was. I had never fixed a key before, but they had installation videos that made it easy. 5 stars, would recommend!

Excellent product

Replacement for the A key. Acer were useless, wanted to replace the whole keyboard and could not even provide a quote for the work. Found this site and ordered the individual key. Came about two weeks later, international delivery. Took a few minutes to fit and it’s been perfect since.

To be honest some of the reviews about this site are quite disheartening and made me skeptical of my order to the point I almost disputed on Paypal [There's a valid reason I will explain why below] But, outside of the manufaturer who was about ot charge me for something I didn't need[a brand new laptop housing just to replace a few keys] I had nowhere else to go. Originally, I ordered a replacement 'G' key from my 2019 predator triton 500. I didn't get any update until AFTER i sent an email wondering 'wtf is up with this delay' granted it was during covid so it's excused by 2 weeks and I was impatient. After that email I got updates and tracking order and all and it ultimately delevered but that was after I'd forgotten I placed the order and made alternate arrangements. Because of the delay I was very close to filing a dispute for product not delivered but I let it slide. After it delivered and fit perfectly with the replacement hinge I ordered another 2 keys as backup which delivered way quicker than the first. They also look and match my current keys. So, I'd reccomend them for replacement but, I would say that on their end if anyone has questions they NEED TO ANSWER as quickly as possible.

I was so surprise that you guys had these in stock, acer didn't even sell this keyboard yet, thank you for stocking these.
