WHAT COMES WITH EACH KEY ORDER

	The Key Cap This is the piece of plastic that has the letter on it.
	The Retainer Clip The plastic or metal sisscor clip pieces that hold the key cap to the base of the keyboard.
	The Rubber Cup This is the piece of rubber or plastic that acts as the spring to rebound the key after you press it.

Somehow, I managed to damage the "+" numpad key on my Toshiba Satellite A665, and later it disappeared altogether. I found this site and was able to select the correct replacement key. It arrived quickly and after a few minutes following their directions I got it installed. It's a perfect replacement and I'm very happy with the results.
